Not good
Ein untiefes Spiel welches sich bis zum Ende wie Kaugummi hinzieht. Charaktere haben keinen großen Sinn. Einzigst das Gameplay ist gut gelungen. Mir gefiel das Spiel nicht.
An undead game that goes to the end like chewing gum. Characters do not make much sense. Only the gameplay is well done. I did not like the game. Was this helpful?

Enjoyable.
Not for everyone, but certainly enjoyable for me. The story is a little uninteresting and the AI isn't exactly in top condition, but it isn't the worst.

A Gray Area.
The concept and overall idea is good, however what the game lacks is quality. The controls at times feel difficult to handle, depending on both controller and mouse/keyboard, as both feel odd to use. The concept of the game is great, with a more open exploration of Korean controlled America, but lacking with some spice.
In my opinion, I wouldn't recommend it, it's a bit buggy and there are some graphical issues like frame drops with even the higher demanding machines. The Multiplayer aspect isn't that great either, as I would have thought that you get to do the same thing as in single player, but with four friends and with a customisable hero. Was this helpful?

Homefront Creed: Unity
The AI bug out, you can clip out of the map, it lags and the story is terrible. This is something you couldn't pay me to play (ironic), it is a combination of a lot of bad design choices built into an engine that should have been able to handle what they wanted easily (Cryengine), but somehow they ruined it.
This game is as boring and full of junk as the first Homefront. Id stay away from it at all costs... unless you like buggy barely playable games Was this helpful?

Mediocre
This game is fairly mediocre and slightly buggy. It does have a very familiar feel from the old game, however.

An fine game
Homefront: The Revolution is a okay fun game. and i was entertained from start too finish, even though the missions in the game become a bit repetitive, nothing really biggy for me.
anyways here is some of mine pros and cons -Pros- Open world. different Zones(areas of the game). The Weapons Customization. Player Upgrades. the Setting of the game. -Cons- The missions gets a bit repetitive(not a big deal for me however). the Story is not really good. Silent Protagonist(i wish most of the times, that the person you play as could speak. Thats was it for the Pros and Cons. i can recommend Homefront: The Revolution too gamers that like games like. (Far Cry 3 and 4. Was this helpful?

Homefront: The Disappointment
Apologies if this review is too long - I normally don't write any but I feel that my experiences need to be shared with others in the hope that you won't suffer them like I did. I will start by saying that I pre-ordered this game over a year ago and I was pretty excited when it finally arrived. It didn't take long to install onto my console and I was playing within 5 minutes of opening it - not knowing that this would be the last I would see of speedy loading times.
My excitement soon turned to disappointment due to the amount of glitches and bugs found within. The first, (and probably most annoying), is the tediously long loading times for Single Player. These started to appear the second time I tried to play and have been around ever since. It takes in excess of 10 minutes most times and now it seems to be at the stage to not load into it at all! On the rare times it did load Single Player I had to contend with the constant freezing - whatever you do, whenever you do it... the game will freeze. Visiting street merchants, gun lockers, even completing and accepting missions. Sometimes it unfreezes instantly, other times a restart is required - but if you do that you face the long loading times again. The enemies have a tendency to spawn and de-spawn at random. It doesn't matter where you are or what you are trying to do. You can enter an area with no enemies, then you turn a corner or go up some stairs and - BOOM! - they are all over the place. Not much to say about transport, other than the fact that the only vehicles available to your character are bikes which have terrible handling and seem to get stuck rather easily in places they shouldn't get stuck in. There are other vehicles in the game, but the non-player controlled characters, (mainly the enemy), use them and they seem to be remote controlled. It should be noted that the main protagonist doesn't even have a voice. I thought the days of mute protagonists were over, but it seems I was wrong. Lastly there's the graphics. While they aren't the worst you'll see, they are certainly not the best as they make the game look and feel as though it should be an Xbox 360/PS3 title. The story itself seems to be interesting - if you're lucky enough to be able to play the game. All of this is a shame because this game has - or should that be 'had'? - potential to be an exceedingly fun and immersive shooter. Seriously disappointing - please do not buy it until it gets fixed. Great but wait for a sale
This would have been great had it not felt so thin and rushed. I didn't mind how the guns handled, they felt better than the original. But everything felt so weak in terms of characters and different things to do. Also I ran into a lot of annoying bugs. A lot of them involving the photo quests. Also the optimizing is non existent. I didn't have problems like some people but mine finally ran fine on medium and I have a decent rig. I cant fully recommend it but if they fix the things above absolutely.
