Very much worth the money if you find the right deal. Graphics are just right for the when the game was created, Love the transition of Live cinema to top notch CGI. Kept me wanting to see more. Could use more interaction during the game and more in depth character control. Overall the pro's outweigh the con's.

Interesting story and very good idea to have mix between game sessions and tv series sessions to complete the story.

Jack have very nice powers to use in gameplay, and during the story he will get more ones and he can upgrade them.

Gameplay sessions are very few but very enjoyable in particular after than you understand gameplay mechanicals.

Gameplay is really awesome, combat mechanics are great and the whole experience is really enjoyable - IF the game lets you play.
You either watch the show or your flow is interrupted by a cutscene. Since remedy knows how to tell a story I did not skip any part of the scenes or the show, but still - more actual gameplay would have been better.

For the price of 20€ it's really worth it, but for me there is absolutely no reason to play it again for the next years...

Would recommend it for a low price and a sunday evening.

i got my game within 60mins after making purchase and also the game is very great. it has lots of fun visuals and effects. i will continue to play till my console breaks down.

In an attempt to appease a little nerves in waiting for Quantum Break, the new blockbuster of the Finnish producer Remedy, the Xbox Blog decided to prepare a series of posts related to this that, undoubtedly, is one of the most anticipated games of the year. there are many basic things in life that we take for granted. Things that are part of our existence so intrinsically we stopped giving value - water, electricity, the air we breathe and some time now even the internet. But what if something invisible and not tangible, but still very important, cease to exist? And if time ceased to exist and everything was frozen forever?
That's the premise of Quantum Break, production of Remedy Entertainment exclusive to Xbox One and Windows 10. The action and shooting game in the third person from the creators of Alan Wake and Max Payne approaches the theme of a temporal collapse that endangers existence of the world as we know it. More than that, Remedy dared to combine the game with an episodic series live-action that helps to expose the story of all the characters involved in the plot.You play as Jack Joyce (Shawn Ashmore), a young man who gets involved in a temporal experiment with his best friend Paul Serene (Aidan Gillen), but the test goes wrong. Thus, the fabric of time is compromised and the two characters gain powers related to cronocinese, that is, control and manipulate time in order to create spheres where the time to, time shells and bursts able to shoot down opponents.
The incident is the driving force behind the Quantum Break frame and from there the plot develops, with Jack and Paul's relationship turning into enmity. The protagonist begins to be hunted by Monarch Solutions, a company under the command of now antagonist Paul Serene, so that the entire game can be described as a war of attrition between old friends.
As a game with a strong focus on its plot, Quantum Break brings a linear narrative, based on real principles of time travel, with its proper touch of fantasy. The player must make choices at the end of each act, and these decisions have an impact on the live-action series and certain characters - that can become important parts in the future or be forgotten completely.
Unfortunately the outcome of Quantum Break ends up leaving to be desired, even with all the elaborate and complex construction of its plot. For your travel theme in time and black holes, I expected something more surprising and unusual.

I realy like the game it has lots of nice effects and gameplay is a lot of fun. The story is not as good i think it would be but still is better than most of Xbox One games. Another good thing is with my preorder of the game i got a key for the Pc version of the game. So i got two games for the price of one :D

If you enjoy good stories and awesome graphics then this game might be something for you.
I played this game on the xbox one the performance is ok but could cleary be better it doesn`t feel really smooth you can feel that the xbox is running on their limits. The story is really great like i said before you have great charakters who are played by great actors and a really good produced series. The fights feel similar to max payne with some special time abilities and they are pretty linear and in my opinions not this special.
One star less for not this good performance and sometimes boring firefights.

this game is very demanding i7 4790k and gtx 970 with 32 gb ram struggle to maintain smoth game play above high settings their is no support for ultra wide i.e. 2560 by 1080p if they iron out bugs i thik it will be amazing. As its one of the first dx 12 games in some ways its looks fantastic with life like colours and render not seen before. if they sort out bugs would rate 5 star. Good story
